This site is well constructed in terms of its visual direction. They use the layout of the page to guid you through it and help you find what you want. They also have a nice tool that shows you where you are as you click through the page and you can click back on any section that you have already been too.

here is a link that i think that it is very well designed. I like that they have a visual presentation on the right and a word menu on the left so you have multiple ways to navigate the page.

So here is a website that i think everyone should take a few minutes out of their day to look at this site. It helps you with css for dreamweaver but it also shows you tutorials for other programs it is just a all around helpful website.
